The vendor village

Every STRENGTH IN THE CITY festival has a vendor village, and wellness festival vendors are a big part of why the day feels local. Between 30 and 100 brands from the host city set up at each stop. People walk the rows between classes, try things, ask questions and find new places in their own neighborhood.

If you run a local business that fits a crowd of people who move, this is a good room to be in.

Who comes to our festivals

A typical stop brings in 500 to 1,000 people, and most of them are city people between about 22 and 62. They're social, they care about their health and they like knowing what's new in their neighborhood. They also come back, month after month and sometimes city after city, and they tend to bring a friend, a partner or a coworker along next time.

If you sell athleisure, functional drinks, recovery tools, fitness apps or memberships, you'll meet your buyer in the late 20s to 30s crowd who works downtown and treats a Saturday class as their social plan. Selling equipment, supplements or tools for small businesses? The instructors, coaches and studio owners at our festivals buy for themselves and for every client who asks them what to use. And the 35 to 60 crowd, who come with the kids or bring their whole team, are the ones thinking about insurance, healthcare, cars, travel and wellness at work.

What works well in the village

The tables people remember give them something to do, not just a flyer. Timing helps too. Someone walking out of a sweaty class is far more interested in your cold drink or your foam roller than someone who just arrived. A small game with a prize pulls a crowd. And send someone who can actually answer questions, because our crowd asks them. If you want people to hear from you again, make it easy to sign up right there at the table.

Which cities

In 2026 the festival stopped in Austin, Atlanta, Brooklyn, Charlotte, Aurora and Naperville, Denver, Chicago, Nashville, Los Angeles, San Diego and Washington, DC. For 2027, the spring part of the plan has Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Charlotte and St. Louis on it, with Boston and Denver in June. Every stop builds its own village from its own city, so you could do one, or follow the tour.

Vendors, partners and sponsors

There are a few ways in. A vendor spot is the simplest: you're part of the village for the day. Bigger brands that want to show up across many cities, own a category or put their name on a part of the festival should look at our sponsorship opportunities, which cover the 2027 national tour.
