Fitness festivals 2027: where the tour is headed

The plan so far

Here's where our fitness festivals 2027 calendar stands right now. It's a plan, not a ticket list. Some days are fixed, most are listed by month, and we'll fill in the rest as each city locks its venue and date.

• January 28, Chicago. Rebels for a Cause, our black-tie charity fight night, at Experience 113 in the West Loop.
• February 6, Phoenix. A wellness retreat weekend at The Pemberton.
• March to April. Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Charlotte and St. Louis.
• June. Boston and Denver.

More cities and dates are added through the year, so check back.

A few things worth knowing

Two new names. Houston and Boston have never had a STRENGTH IN THE CITY festival. Houston already shows as coming soon on our city list, so this would be the first one there.

Spring is busy. Five cities in about two months. Austin, Atlanta and Charlotte have hosted us in spring before, so if you went in 2025 or 2026, expect a similar time of year. You can see past stops on the festival tour page.

Chicago goes bigger. Our home city is planned as a week-long, SXSW-style STRENGTH IN THE CITY experience, a format we test-piloted in 2026. That year the oneSTRNGTH Weekend ran four days. Dates for Chicago are not set yet.

What's changing at the festival

Every 2027 tour stop is planned to be more intimate and more immersive, with smaller-format experiences built for real connection. Intimate settings are where people actually connect and learn, and that's the bet. The format details are still being finished, and we'll share them city by city with tickets.

Rebels for a Cause, January 28

The year opens in Chicago with Rebels for a Cause. Bartenders, chefs, servers, owners and hotel teams from the city's hospitality scene train for three months and then fight on a real card in front of a black-tie crowd. Most of them have never boxed before. It has grown from about 400 to more than 900 people, and from $10,000 to $20,000 raised for wellness programs in Chicago. Dress code: black tie.

Other events in between

The festival is the big one, but it isn't everything. Between stops in 2026 we also ran smaller things: team fitness competitions, pickleball fundraisers, recovery nights and socials. Anything like that for 2027 goes on the same calendar once it's set.

Every city's listing goes on our upcoming events calendar when it's ready. Tickets are sold through Speakeasy. We don't print prices or exact dates on this page until they are real, so if you see a date here, it's set.
