There is NO designated parking for this event but there is plenty of street parking around the venue.

Instructors:

If you are teaching a class, please be at your designated stage 15 minutes prior to start time. Headsets will be provided at the each stage. Please have all devices playing music charged and ready to go.

* A representative from STRONGER TOGETHER will be stationed at your check-in location and will direct you to your assigned space. We ask that you quickly unload your vehicle and then move the vehicle so that others can get in and return to the site to set-up your display. We appreciate your cooperation in making this a smooth morning for all vendors.

Set Up + Break Down

Sponsors & vendors may break down their displays at 3:30pm, but not before unless relayed to STRONGER TOGETHER staff. Tear-down will occur on Saturday afternoon once the event closes.

Vendor Load-In is 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
All assets must be at booth by 7:00 AM
Booth needs to be event ready by 7:15 AM
